Sound Therapy
for Individuals
"The sound healing session with Fiona was a wonderful experience. The studio is beautiful and benefits from excellent natural acoustics, creating a truly immersive environment. The entire journey was something special—from the beautiful mantra singing and the soothing vibrations of the instruments to the incredible sound bowls, which seemed to hover above and around my head despite being positioned some distance away from where I was lying. Every aspect of the session was thoughtfully delivered, deeply relaxing, and left me feeling much lighter afterwards. It was a unique and memorable experience that left a lasting impression. Highly recommended."

How Does Sound Therapy Work?
Sound therapy is a restorative practice that uses vibration and frequency to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing.
While deep relaxation is often part of the experience, sound therapy is more than a passive experience of rest. Through the intentional use of therapeutic sound, it supports the body's natural capacity for balance and self-regulation.
Unlike a group sound bath, individual sound therapy sessions are tailored for your needs, based on your specific goals and intentions. As a qualified pracititioner, I use instruments and frequencies in an intentional way to support diifferent aspects of your experience - whether that be physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual.
As sound and vibration move through the body, they help create the conditions for deep rest, release, and regulation.
The session is guided not only by what you share during the initial consultation, but also by what is revealed through your embodied and energetic responses throughout the process.
This allows the work to unfold in a way that is both directed and responsive, supporting what is needed in the moment.
Sound therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. It is a complementary practice that can support wellbeing alongside appropriate healthcare and other therapeutic approaches.
How Can Sound Therapy Help?
Working with sound, vibration, and frequency supports:
— deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
— healthy sleep and recovery
— the release of tension held in the body
— reduced stress and overwhelm
— emotional balance and wellbeing
— pain relief
— the body's natural healing processes
What Happens in a Session?
The session begins with an assessment and conversation to explore what you would like support with.
This may include your current physical, emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing, areas of tension or challenge, and any intentions you bring to the session.
You are then invited to lie down comfortably, fully clothed, and simply receive the sounds.
Using instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, monochord, and voice, I create a therapeutic sound environment that can be experienced with the whole body.
There is nothing you need to do. As the sounds and vibrations are received, your body is invited into a natural process of relaxation, release, healing and restoration.
Following the session, there is time to reflect on your experience and discuss any observations with recommendations for ongoing support.
