What I do
I create spaces for awareness, embodied presence, and authentic expression through voice, sound, movement, and contemplative practice.
My work supports people to slow down, listen more deeply, and come into closer relationship with themselves, with others, and with the sacred.
Over time, I have trained in Deep Coaching, Ignatian spiritual direction, sound therapy, Naked Voice Facilitation, and InterPlay. While each modality can stand on its own, they are unified by a shared orientation towards presence, authenticity, and the intelligence of the body.
At the centre of my work is embodiment — a way of listening deeply to lived, felt experience as a source of wisdom, insight, and transformation. Embodiment is the thread that runs through all of my work, informing how I listen, how I work, and how I support others in their own process of healing, discernment, and transformation.
My Path
My background spans both education and the performing arts.
In 2004, as CEO of a group of English language schools, I trained in Professional and Executive Coaching and Mentoring. At that time, my focus was on supporting others to develop their potential through structured, goal-oriented coaching approaches.
Over time, my practice evolved towards a more somatic, contemplative, and relational way of working.
I am now a Certified Deep Coaching Professional, integrating the Enneagram and a body-centred approach that engages the whole person — intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
Embodiment: A Foundation for the Work
Embodiment is the capacity to be present in your body — aware of sensation, feeling, and inner movement as it unfolds.
It is a way of listening inwardly, where experience is not only thought about, but directly sensed and felt.
Much of the time, we live in our heads — thinking, analysing, managing, and responding from habit. In doing so, we can lose touch with the deeper intelligence of the body and with what we are experiencing beneath the surface.
Embodiment invites us back into relationship with ourselves.
As we begin to notice what is happening in the body, we come into closer contact with the reality of the present moment. This awareness brings greater clarity, self-understanding, and a deeper capacity to respond rather than react. It helps us recognise when something is out of alignment, or when something deeper is asking for attention.
Embodiment is a lived practice — one that supports healing, insight, expression, and meaningful change.
A Lived Enquiry
As a traditional singer, I perform regularly at festivals and events across Australia and internationally. Yet for much of my life, performance has also been an area of challenge. I have lived with significant performance anxiety and experienced the impact this can have on expression, confidence, and presence.
Somatic coaching became a turning point. It supported me in working with fear, self-judgement, and the inner critic, and in rebuilding a more grounded and compassionate relationship with performing.
This work continues to inform both my practice and my understanding of the deeper patterns that shape how we meet ourselves, others, and life itself.
Who I Work With
I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and life stages who feel called to explore themselves at a deeper level of awareness.
Often, they are navigating transition, uncertainty, or a sense that something in their life is ready to shift.
My commitment is to accompany people as they reconnect with what feels most true and alive within them, cultivating greater clarity, ease, and alignment along the way.
How I Work
I offer a carefully held space for deep inquiry, where what matters most in your personal, professional, and spiritual life can be met with attention and care.
My approach is grounded in deep listening and embodied presence.
My work is shaped not only by professional training, but also by my own lived experience — the challenges I have faced, the inner work I have undertaken, and the ongoing practice of living with greater awareness and alignment.
Each session is shaped by what you bring. At times this may involve working within a single modality; at other times, different strands of my training may be drawn on in response to what feels most supportive.
Above all, I meet you where you are — with respect for your pace, your process, and what is unfolding in your life.
