Your voice is as unique as your DNA — an expression of who you are.
When your voice is held back or silenced, an essential part of you can feel restricted or disconnected. You may feel less fully alive, less able to express yourself freely, or less at home in your own sound.
As we come more fully into the body, the voice begins to open. Expression becomes more authentic, grounded, and connected — to ourselves, to others, and to something deeper.
Naked Voice work explores the voice as a source of music, medicine, and mysticism.
Working with the voice in an embodied way can support greater freedom, self-awareness, confidence, and connection.
Each session is unique.
I draw on Naked Voice practices in response to your personal needs, intentions, and process.
This work may support:
— freeing the natural voice
— building confidence and ease in self-expression
— releasing fear, inhibition, or self-consciousness
— deepening breath, resonance, and presence
— reconnecting with creativity and vitality
— supporting nervous system regulation
— experiencing voice as a source of healing, connection, and inner resource
Naked Voice work is grounded in deep listening and a space free from judgement, with the understanding that the voice is inseparable from the whole person. I offer a space in which voice can be explored not only as sound, but as a pathway into greater self-awareness, expression, and connection.
Drawing on Naked Voice practices, I work with the voice as music, healing, and connection — a doorway into embodied presence — supporting you to rediscover your authentic sound and the deeper intelligence it carries.
The Naked Voice was developed and pioneered in the UK by Chloe Goodchild.
I am a certified Naked Voice Facilitator — currently the only one in Australia. I offer Naked Voice workshops for groups and individual sessions online and in person in Maldon, Blackwood, Melbourne & elsewhere by arrangement.
